Last week I broke the commitment I made to myself and to this blog and I skipped a “week of outfits” post, but I’d say it was for a good reason. I decided to move the posts from Friday to Monday, so it was either have 2 posts at 3 days apart or have a bigger one – and of course, the comfortable person that I am, I chose the latter. So from now on, look out for my outfit posts on Mondays! ๐
There were some days in which it was a bit impossible to document all of my outfits as I had been travelling to London. So there are 2 days before travelling and 2 days from London, but the timeline isn’t really linear and that’s why I added these 4 outfits to a full week of outfits, as a bonus.
I think the outfits are still wearable for the current weather that we’re having – just add a jacket for the mornings/evenings. ๐
Day 1
When I came back from London I had a wedding to go to that weekend, so on Monday it was all about comfort. As a result, here I am again wearing one of my most comfortable pair of jeans that unfortunately is also my least photogenic one. As I said before, I promise that they look much better in reality ๐

Day 2
Another outfit made after an old recipe ๐ Meaning an outfit that I used to wear quite often in the past and that made me feel good then, but that now somehow isn’t working for me anymore. Again, I felt comfortable, but I don’t think it was the most flattering thing.

Day 3
This is a basic outfit that you’re going to see again and again – in this exact post, no less. In my defense, I think something like 3 weeks had passed between the two occasions I wore this in, so I didn’t repeat it quite so soon. I wore thisย exact same outfit again last week (which is actually 2 months away from when these pictures were taken ๐). If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!

Day 4
I call this my “gangsta” look haha ๐ A look as simple as can be, comfortable, but, despite how it looks, not very concealing of a possible food baby – which is unfortunate because on that day I had a food-related event at work ๐

Day 5
Obviously not a “school day”, as I wouldn’t wear this short skirt to work without pantyhose ๐ This outfit was my way to challenge myself to a less comfortable attire after an entire week of “lazy” outfits. I didn’t really plan on wearing the bum bag like that, but it’s really impossible for me to wear it the regular way since the belt doesn’t shrink enough to stay on my hips.

Day 6 – bonus
Wearing one of my pieces that are the most difficult to wear. Of course, like most of my clothes, it’s super comfortable, but it’s so difficult to pair it with anything. I think it has an awkward length on me because it’s a bit longer than it should be in order to flatter me and it’s also impossible to tuck it in, so you have to deal with its boxy look. I have yet to figure out what to wear it with in order for it to look good. Any suggestions?

Day 7 – bonus
As I mentioned previously, here’s the old “jeans and black t-shirt” combo again, but I realize I’m wearing a different pair of jeans this time. These are my beloved Levi’s that I found in an outlet and bought them at a 5th of their in-store price. #win This may be right after I found them – I don’t really remember. I love these shoes, but unfortunately I have to replace them since the soles have cracked. ๐ #rip

Day 8 – bonus
This is one of my London outfits – I wore this particular one on a trip to Brighton, actually. It was a lovely day of walking on the beach, enjoying our time on the pier and walking around in the city. I would go back any day because I 100% loved it! And I also found out that it’s the home of one of my favorite bloggers – Anna of The Anna Edit.
I absolutely love this Zara dress btw, it’s one of my favorite pieces in my wardrobe even right now, when it’s already autumn. If you follow me on Instagram, you might have already seen 2 ways I styled it for autumn weather.

Day 9 – bonus
Another one of my London outfits – I wore this one for a lovely day of walking around the city. Some of my favorite things I did that day was visiting the Barbican center and also the V&A Museum of Childhood. This is one of my favorite outfits ever: I think it looks good, it’s flattering and it’s also – you guessed it – comfortable. Although after a full day (and week, tbh) of eating, the jeans weren’t very comfortable by the end of the day because they could barely contain my food baby.

And this is it for this week! Hope you enjoyed them! I feel like I’m advancing really slowly with these posts, even though I’m doing them weekly. Maybe it’s because I can’t wait to show you some of my most recent looks that I’m proud of. I hope you’ll stand by me as we’ll go through them together.
As always, for live coverage of my outfits, be sure to follow me on Instagram, where I post them daily on my stories. ๐
Till next time,
